Our Story
Built in Temecula, for the Temecula Valley
Temecula Leak Detection began with a frustration our founder heard on repeat from valley homeowners: a leak shows up, a general plumber takes a swing at it, drywall or tile gets opened on a guess — and the actual leak turns out to be three feet from the hole. Hidden water is not a general plumbing problem. It is a locating problem, and it deserves a specialist who treats finding the exact point as the entire job rather than a side service.
The valley we work also happens to be a tough place for plumbing. Most neighborhoods built from the 1980s onward sit on slab-on-grade foundations with copper supply lines running under the floors. Temecula's famously hard water slowly scales and thins that copper from the inside. Expansive clay soils swell and shrink with every wet season, stressing buried lines. And with water rates climbing across Southwest Riverside County, every silent gallon now shows up on a Rancho California or EMWD bill that stings. A company that understands those forces — not just pipes in general — locates leaks faster and with fewer wrong guesses.
So we built exactly that company, right here at 33611 Blue Water Way, minutes from Redhawk, Harveston and Wolf Creek. Word traveled the way it does in a valley this size — a saved slab in Redhawk became a referral in Harveston, an irrigation find for an HOA in Paloma del Sol became a standing relationship with property managers, and repair plumbers started calling us when their own jobs needed the leak found first. Today our technicians work more than ten communities across two counties, from Temecula and Murrieta out to Winchester's ranchettes and over the county line into Fallbrook's groves.
What has not changed is the promise we started with: answer the phone like a neighbor, arrive with the right instruments, find the leak without demolition, explain everything in plain English, and hand you a written report you can actually use. We are not a franchise and we do not answer to an out-of-state call center. We answer to the people we wave to at youth sports fields and wine-country farmers markets — and we run the company accordingly.
