Temecula Leak Detection respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using leakdetectiontemecula.com, you agree to the practices described here.
The only personal information we collect through this website is what you choose to send us. When you submit our request form we ask for your name and phone number, and optionally your email address, the service you're interested in, and a description of your leak situation. When you call or email us, we keep the details you share so we can respond and schedule your appointment.
Like most websites, our servers may also log standard technical information — such as your browser type, the pages you visit, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used only to keep the site running smoothly and to understand which pages are helpful to visitors. It is not used to identify you personally.
Some pages on this site embed Google Maps so you can see our local base and service areas. When those maps load, Google may receive technical data subject to Google's own privacy policy. We do not control and do not receive that data.
We use the information you provide for one core purpose: responding to your leak detection request. That includes calling you back to discuss symptoms and scheduling, preparing for your appointment, sending the appointment details you asked for, and following up about the work we performed for you.
We may also use your contact details to send you a message about a request you started — for example, confirming a window or asking a clarifying question before we roll a truck. We do not send marketing newsletters unless you explicitly ask to receive them.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not pass your details to lead-generation networks or share them with unrelated third parties for their own marketing. If a situation ever requires involving another party — for example, coordinating with the plumber or restoration contractor you already hired — we do so only at your direction and only with the details needed for that job.
Request records are stored on systems we control and are kept only as long as they serve the purpose they were collected for — typically the duration of your project and any reasonable follow-up period, plus whatever records we're required to keep for accounting or warranty purposes. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to a small local business; no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so please don't include sensitive information such as full payment details in form messages.
California residents have the right to request details about the personal information a business collects about them, and to ask that it be corrected or deleted, subject to certain legal exceptions. To make such a request, contact us using the details below and we'll respond as the law requires. We do not sell personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act, so no "do not sell" mechanism is needed.
Our services are directed to homeowners, property managers and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.
If we update this policy, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
